Bigfoot and the Giants of the Bible

Is Bigfoot a Remnant of Biblical Giants?

The Bible is filled with stories of giants, most notably the Nephilim, Amorites, King Og of Bashan, and Goliath. The first mention of giants appears in Genesis 6:4, where it describes a time of great corruption on earth that led to God’s decision to flood the world.

According to the Book of Enoch, which expands on Genesis, the angels of God (the Watchers) began to lust after human women. They took them as wives, and their offspring grew into giants, described as violent cannibals who ravaged the earth, consuming both animals and humans. Their wickedness was so great that God sent the Great Flood to wipe them out. He also imprisoned the 200 fallen angels responsible for their creation.

Genesis 6:4 states:

“There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men of old, men of renown.”

Despite the flood, giants reappeared after Noah’s time. When Moses led the Israelites to the Promised Land, they encountered giant tribes, including the Anakim. The Israelites, initially terrified, refused to confront them. However, under Joshua’s leadership, the Israelites eventually waged war and destroyed most of these giants.

Centuries later, giants were still present. King David, as a boy, famously killed Goliath, a Philistine giant, and later his men would defeat other giant warriors.

Could the Bigfoot sightings reported across the world be remnants of these ancient giants? Both biblical giants and Bigfoot share common characteristics: large stature, great strength, and a mysterious, elusive presence. While the Bible speaks of giants, modern reports suggest giants may still roam the remote wilderness, perhaps as a shadow of the ancient giants described in scripture.

Native tribes have passed down oral traditions of giant creatures for centuries. Below are notable tribes with their traditional names and descriptions of Bigfoot-like beings:

  1. Salish (Pacific Northwest) – A guardian of the forests, described as a large, hairy creature.
  2. Hoopa (California) – Called Omah, a massive being known to inhabit their lands for generations.
  3. Lakota Sioux (Great Plains) – Known as Chiye-tanka, seen as a spiritual protector and messenger.
  4. Iroquois (Northeast) – Speak of Stone Giants or Ot ne yar heh, strong, fearsome beings.
  5. Chehalis (Pacific Northwest) – Skanicum, a guardian of nature, dwelling in the mountains.
  6. Yakama (Washington) – See’atco, a shy but potentially dangerous wild man of the mountains.
  7. Miwok (California) – Yayali, a nocturnal creature wandering the forests.
  8. Cherokee (Southeastern U.S.) – A stone-skinned giant, known for its strength and endurance.
  9. Apache (Southwest) – The Hairy Man, part of their spiritual world, living in the mountains.
  10. Navajo (Southwest) – A powerful giant linked to natural disasters.
  11. Choctaw (Southeastern U.S.) – Shampe, a foul-smelling creature that kidnaps children.
  12. Seminole (Florida) – Sti’yaha, a shy, elusive swamp creature.
  13. Caddo (Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma) – Yahweh, a spirit protector of the forests.
  14. Hopi (Southwest) – Massau’u, a guardian figure, often depicted as a hairy, humanoid being.

During the 1800s, there were numerous reports of giant hairy men across North America and other parts of the world. These accounts came from settlers, pioneers, explorers, and even newspapers, describing encounters with large, human-like creatures covered in hair, often resembling what we now call Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Below are some key examples of these reports from the 19th century:

1800s Reports of Giant Hairy Men

  1. 1818 – The Exeter Watchman (New York)
A newspaper report from 1818 described a “wild man of the woods” spotted near Ellisburg, New York. Witnesses claimed the figure was over 8 feet tall, covered in thick hair, and moved with incredible speed and strength.
  2. 1839 – David Thompson (Canadian Explorer)
David Thompson, one of the first European explorers to document the Rocky Mountains, wrote about finding large footprints in the snow, which he believed belonged to a giant hairy man.
  3. 1851 – The Memphis Enquirer (Arkansas)
A report from Greene County, Arkansas, described a large, hairy, human-like creature spotted in the woods. The article referred to the creature as “a wild man”, stating that it had long hair and a beard and could outrun horses.
  4. 1869 – The Cincinnati Commercial Tribune
A newspaper article detailed the capture of a “wild man” near the Ohio River. The creature was described as over 6 feet tall, covered in hair, and unintelligible in speech. Some believed he was a descendant of giants, while others thought he was a relic of a prehistoric race.
  5. 1877 – California Gold Miners
Miners in California reported encounters with hairy giants while working in the mountains. These beings were described as massive humanoids, covered in hair, and extremely aggressive toward intruders.
  6. 1883 – British Columbia (Canada)
An account from British Columbia described a Sasquatch-like creature spotted by prospectors. They claimed the creature was taller than any human, covered in dark hair, and moved through the dense forest with ease and stealth.
  7. 1893 – The Wild Man of the Navidad (Texas)
One of the most famous 19th-century reports came from Texas. Settlers near the Navidad River described a “wild man” who lived in the woods, stealing livestock and food. He was said to be taller than average, covered in hair, and extremely elusive.

Common Themes in 1800s Reports

  • Large, human-like figures
  • Covered in thick hair
  • Often over 7 feet tall
  • Aggressive or elusive behavior
  • Found in remote forests and mountains

These reports from the 1800s share striking similarities to modern Bigfoot sightings, suggesting that stories of giant hairy men have existed in North American folklore for over two centuries.

Since 1921, over 5,600 Bigfoot sightings have been reported across the U.S. and Canada.

Over the years, several researchers and organizations have claimed to conduct DNA testing on samples believed to be from Bigfoot. Below is a summary of the most notable efforts to analyze Bigfoot DNA:

Dr. Melba Ketchum (2012) — The Sasquatch Genome Project

  • Lead Researcher: Dr. Melba Ketchum, a veterinarian and geneticist.
  • Project Name: The Sasquatch Genome Project.
  • Samples Tested: Hair, blood, saliva, and tissue reportedly collected from Bigfoot sightings.
  • Method: DNA sequencing of 111 samples from 34 different locations.

 Findings:

  • Mitochondrial DNA (maternal lineage): Matches modern humans.
  • Nuclear DNA (paternal lineage): Shows an unknown hominid species.
  • Ketchum claimed that Bigfoot is a hybrid species:
    • Half-human (from maternal DNA).
    • Half-unknown hominid (from paternal DNA).

Here are a few Modern Theorists Who Support the Idea of Bigfoot being half-human

L.A. Marzulli:

  • A Christian researcher who believes in the Nephilim-Bigfoot connection.
  • He suggests Bigfoot is a remnant of the Nephilim line.

Steve Quayle:

  • A researcher and author who explores giants in ancient history.
  • He believes giants once walked the Earth and that Bigfoot could be their descendant.

Timothy Alberino:

  • A filmmaker and author who studies giants and cryptids, He suggests that Bigfoot is a Nephilim hybrid, possibly related to fallen angels.

The notion that Bigfoot could be a remnant of the biblical giants suggests that these creatures—whether through spiritual punishment or an enduring survival instinct—may have retreated into the wilds to live away from human civilization. The consistency of Bigfoot reports throughout history, paired with the biblical accounts of giants who were often described as mysterious and elusive, invites speculation that Bigfoot may indeed be an ancient, surviving link to a forgotten race—the giants of the Bible.

While most Bigfoot sightings don’t involve violent encounters, a significant number of reports describe the creature as aggressive and potentially dangerous. These accounts add to the ongoing mystery surrounding Bigfoot, presenting it as a territorial, unpredictable being that may react violently if it feels threatened. The theory of Bigfoot being responsible for disappearances is largely speculative, but it remains an intriguing part of the creature’s mythology, intensifying the fear and fascination that continues to surround it.

The idea that Bigfoot could be part human suggests a creature that is not only strong and elusive, but also intelligent and aware of how to avoid detection by humans, making it even more difficult to study or understand. While many regard Bigfoot as a mere cryptid or legend, the possibility that it could be a human-like, territorial creature adds an unsettling dimension to the mystery.

One final thought to consider

Are Fallen Angels Still Interfering with Human DNA?

After their first rebellion—creating the Nephilim—200 fallen angels were punished by God, bound, and imprisoned. Yet, it’s possible that other fallen angels continued their rebellion by tampering with human genetics in new ways. Their motives may have shifted over time, from trying to prevent the Messiah’s birth to preparing for a future end-time deception.

Reports of alien abductions involving genetic experiments—such as the removal of eggs and sperm—mirror ancient accounts of fallen angels creating hybrids. What if the “aliens” people describe today aren’t extraterrestrial beings, but fallen angels, using technology to continue the same genetic manipulation they began before the flood?

This theory suggests a frightening possibility: fallen angels may be creating hybrids or monsters for an end-time deception, disguising their actions as alien encounters to keep humanity in the dark.

1. The Alien Abduction Phenomenon

Many abductees report that aliens conduct genetic experiments, particularly focusing on reproductive organs, removing eggs and sperm, and even creating hybrid beings. These beings are often described as emotionless, robotic, or artificial intelligence-like in their behavior. This raises the question:

Could these aliens be tools of fallen angels, carrying out a deception to create hybrid creatures as part of an end-time plan?

2. Artificial Intelligence and Fallen Angels

There’s a theory that artificial intelligence is not just a product of human invention, but could be influenced by Fallen angels, known for their superior knowledge and forbidden technology, which could be behind the rise of AI and advanced technology. The cold, calculating nature of AI-driven “aliens” aligns with the idea that these beings are not truly biological extraterrestrials, but intelligent, soulless creations with a sinister agenda.

This would explain why abductees often describe aliens as having no empathy and operating like machines—they could be artificial life forms, created by fallen angels to carry out genetic manipulation.

3. The Biblical Warning of End-Time Deception

The Bible warns in Matthew 24:24 that in the last days, there will be great deceptions, so powerful that even the elect could be fooled. What if one of these deceptions is the alien phenomenon itself? People are being conditioned to believe in extraterrestrial life, but what if these “beings” are fallen angels or their creations, continuing their ancient mission to corrupt humanity’s DNA?

The hybridization of humans could be part of a satanic plan to undermine God’s creation, just as it was in the days of Noah. Jesus himself said in Matthew 24:37:

“As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.”

In Noah’s time, the Nephilim walked the earth. If fallen angels were manipulating human DNA then, what’s stopping them from doing it again—this time under the guise of alien encounters?

4. The Goal: An End-Time Army or Deception

Some theorists suggest that fallen angels are creating monsters or hybrids to serve as an end-time army. These beings could be spiritual or physical, hybrid creatures that appear in the final battle between good and evil. Alternatively, the goal might be total deception—convincing the world that aliens created humanity, not God, or that humanity must evolve through genetic modification to survive.

This deception could be a way to turn humanity away from God, making people trust in science, technology, and extraterrestrials rather than faith in their Creator.

5. The Role of Women in the Hybridization Process

Another disturbing aspect of the abduction reports is that many women are targeted for their reproductive abilities. This mirrors the Genesis 6 account where fallen angels took human women and had children with them. The modern abduction phenomenon could be history repeating itself, with fallen angels using technology instead of physical encounters to carry out the same hybridization program.

Women often report being used to birth hybrid beings, only to have those beings taken away. Some even claim to have seen their hybrid children during abduction experiences. These reports are eerily similar to the Nephilim narrative.

6. What Kind of Monsters Are Being Created?

If fallen angels are behind the alien abduction phenomenon, the question arises: What are they creating?

Could they be working on hybrids that are part human and part machine?
These beings could be:

  • Soulless hybrids with human-like intelligence, but lacking empathy or morality.
  • Monsters with superhuman strength and demonic tendencies.
  • Agents of deception, are designed to infiltrate society and prepare humanity for a global deception.

Some researchers believe that Bigfoot or other cryptids could be failed experiments from these ancient hybridization efforts.

7. Why Would Fallen Angels Do This Again?

Despite being punished for their actions in Noah’s time, the fallen angels are still rebellious and defiant. They may continue to tamper with human DNA to achieve what they couldn’t before:

  • Corrupting humanity’s genetic code to make people less human and more like them.
  • Creating hybrid beings that will serve their purposes in the end times.
  • Deceiving humanity into believing in a false origin story, turning people away from God.

Their ultimate goal could be to undermine God’s plan for humanity, distort the image of God within humans, and lead humanity into destruction.

A Frightening Possibility

The theory that fallen angels are behind alien abductions, using advanced technology and genetic manipulation, presents a chilling possibility. If these beings are continuing their ancient mission to corrupt humanity, the alien phenomenon might be a modern version of what happened in Noah’s time.

The thought that aliens could be artificial creations—designed by fallen angels to abduct humans, harvest DNA, and create hybrid beings—paints a disturbing picture of end-time deception. If this is true, we may be witnessing the preparation for a final, global deception that could shake humanity’s beliefs to its core.

Are Drones Part of an End-Time Deception?

What if drones and other advanced technologies aren’t just human inventions, but tools of fallen angels preparing for a final deception? In the Bible, fallen angels are described as possessing forbidden knowledge and teaching humanity forbidden arts. They may have influenced modern technology, creating drones, AI, and surveillance systems to pave the way for end-time control and deception.

These unmanned machines could be disguising their true origin, appearing as harmless tools while working to monitor, influence, and control humanity in preparation for Satan’s final plan. The “alien phenomenon” and UFO sightings could also be connected—drones acting as false signs and wonders to deceive the masses into believing a lie, as prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11.

If fallen angels are behind this, the world is being prepared for a great deception where technology, false miracles, and lies will make people reject the truth and embrace a counterfeit savior.

Conclusion

Christians must approach Bigfoot, aliens, UFOs, and other strange phenomena through a biblical lens. The Bible warns of spiritual deception and supernatural beings influencing the world. Rather than dismissing these encounters as myths or science fiction, believers should consider that fallen angels and demonic forces could be behind these events, working to mislead humanity in preparation for end-time deception.
